President Abdrabuh Mansour Hadi issued the following decrees:
1. Engineer Hesham Sharaf, appointed Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research (Mr. Hesham was the Former Minister of Oil and he replaced Dr. Yahya Al-shoebi who resigned from his post).
2. Engineer Ahmed Abdullah Dares prompted from the post of a Vice to the Minister of Oil and Minerals.
3. Nasr Taha Mustafa, appointed Director of the Presidential Office (Mr. Nasr was the former Chairman of Saba News Agency and he replaced Major General Ali Anesi who was appointed today an Ambassador in the Foreign Ministry).
4. Dr. Ali Mansour Bin Safa, appointed Secretary General of the Presidency (Mr. Ali held Ambassadorial and Ministerial posts in the past and he replaced Dr. Abdulhadi Al-hamdani who was appointed today an Ambassador in the Foreign Ministry).
5. Dr. Ali Hassan Al-ahmadi, appointed Chairperson of the National Security Bureau ( Dr. Ali was the former Governor of Shabwa and he replaced Major General Ali Anesi “see point number 3”).
6. Kahlan Mujahed Abu Shawareb, appointed member of the Shura Council, Yemen’s Lower House of Representative (Mr. Kahlan was the former Governor of Amran).
7. Engineer Mohammed Ahmed Kulayb, appointed Executive Director of Safer Exploration and Production Operations Company (Mr. Mohammed was a former oil official in the Government of Yemen).
8. Major General Ali Saleh Al-Ahmar, appointed an Ambassador at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. (Mr. Ali was the Director of the Commander in Chief Office).
9. Brigadier General Ahmed Mohsen Al-yafaei, appointed Director of the Military Intelligence Bureau. ( Mr Ahmed was a former military Commander and a senior Advisor to the Minister of Defense; now he replaced Brigadier General Mujahed Hussien Gushem who was appointed today a Defense Attaché).
10. Brigadier General Abdulhamed Al-sosowa PHD, appointed Director of the Financial Department in the Ministry of Defense (Mr. Abdulhamed replaced Brigadier AbdulAllah Ghaleb Al-Kabudi who was appointed today Director of Military Retirement Department in the Ministry of Defense, a post previously held by Mr. Abdulhameed).
11. Mr. Mohammed Dammaj, appointed Governor of Amran (Mr. Mohammed held Ambassadorial and Ministerial posts in the past and he replaced Mr. Kahlan Mujahed “see point six”).
12. Mr. Ahmed Ali Bahaj, appointed Governor of Shabwa (Mr. Ahmed was the former Deputy Governor of Shabwa and he replaced Mr. Ali Al-ahmadi “See point number 5”).
13. Mr. Abdulghani Jameel, appointed Governor of Sana’a (Mr. Abdulghani was the Chairperson of the Local Council in the Governorate of Sana’a and he replaced Mr. Noman Dowaid who was injured in the June 2011 Presidential Mosque bombing).
14. Mr. Mohammed Salem Bin Aboud, appointed Governor of Al-Jawf (Mr. Mohammed was a former advisor to the Governor of Mareb and a member of the National Solidarity Council).
15. Brigadier General Aldaheri Al-Shadadi, appointed Governor of Al-Baitha (Mr. Aldaheri was the Commander of the Central Military Command and he replaced Brigadier General Mohammed Nasser Al-Ameri).
