The Director of North Africa and the Middle East in the French Foreign Ministry Patrice Paoli has said that France will help Yemen draft a new constitution, stressing that they will not intervene in the details.
He made it clear that France would offer experiences to draft the constitution and that they have no a sample, affirming that they will not apply an outside system in Yemen.
Paoli said Yemenis achieved many things in easing tensions and pave the way to reconstruct the state, urging all Yemenis sides to engage in dialogue without preconditions.
In a press conference held Wednesday in Sana'a, he affirmed that his visit came to express France's support for Yemen's transition stage, appreciating the implementation of the GCC-drawn transfer power.
Paoli stressed the importance of involvement of all Yemeni forces in dialogue, pointing out that even those forces that do not sing the GCC-deal must take part in the inclusive dialogue conference which is set for lately of March.

He affirmed that France will stand by the donor conference to be held in Riyadh about Yemen lately of March, referring that France will support Yemen in all areas.
When asked about sit-ins and demonstrations continued in streets for more than a year in change and freedoms squares across most Yemeni governorates, he declined to comment.
The French envoy met with several Yemeni officials including President Abdu-Rabo Mansour Hadi, Prime Minister Mohammad Salem Basindowa and the Foreign Affairs Minister Abu Bakar Al-Qirbi.
