One anti Saleh protester was killed and four injured by live bullets when republican guard forces attacked protesters at the southern entrance of change square Taiz according to the medical staff at the square.

"The government is attacking randomly after it assured itself immunity. This is the fruits of the GCC proposal," said Yasser Nuasari, a medical staff in Taiz.

At least 12 were injured by batons and stones. Two of the injured are in serious condition.
