At least ten armored vehicles, tanks, and hundreds of soldiers were moved from Taiz province to Habilayn in Lahj, after hundreds of demonstrators protested for the killing of Abbas Tanbaj, a wanted member in the Southern Movement, in clashes with security forces last Thursday.
Sources told Yemen Post that military equipments have been seen en route to Lahj province to control the unrest situation in that province.
Several families left their homes after clashes took place late last week, sources said.
In return, armed men from Lahj, Abyan, and Dhale province came to Lahj province to participate in potential fighting against Yemeni forces.
