A police officer has died from his injuries in one of the bomb explosions that took place on Monday in Yemen's business capital of Aden. General Abdullah Al-Thuraya died early on Monday morning.
Another policeman is still receiving treatment in hospital after that attack at the Al-Towahi Park.
Two bomb explosions occurred on Sunday night at the park injuring the two policemen and other two civilians.
The policemen were hurt as they tried to defuse the bomb. The explosions took separately one after another.
On the other hand, an armed gang has kidnapped three policemen in Al-Askeriya district in southern province of Lahj, in a second policemen kidnapping in almost two weeks.
Two policemen were kidnapped two weeks ago by a separatist leader, Sarw Tamah, who demanded to release two separatist leaders arrested in connection with rioting in Lahj.
The explosions and kidnappings came as riot continues to hit most of the south where protests are organized by the Secessionist Movement almost daily.
