The leader of Yemen's main opposition bloc, the Joint Meeting Parties JMP Hasan Zeid said that after Saudi Arabia entered the scene of war between the two warring sides, the Yemeni army and Houthi followers, it is possible of the involvement of other country in the war.
He said that Saudi authorities ought to solve the crisis between the two warring sides and said it shouldn't ignite war from its side as its involvement in the conflict might lead to a malignant war in the region.
The war, which is being waged in the governorate of Sa'ada in the northern Yemen for nearly three months, looks fierce and dangerous and apparently it will reach a critical moment in Yemen and Yemen may become a regional ground for conflict, Zeid said.
"What Yemen experiences today is a regional war and Saudi Arabia and Iran are essential partners in the spill-over of the war, which seems it will continue for a longer time," he added.
Apparently, it became clear that the war in Sa'ada has turned into a regional conflict, and this is confirmed by at least number of Parliament members from the ruling party and the opposition parties as well.
In a press conference attended by JMP leadership and independent political leaders, the JMP announced its "National Salvation Vision" initiative, a document that calls for a national dialogue to bring an end to the conflict.
