The UN Envoy to Yemen Jamal Benomar has affirmed that the national dialogue conference that was scheduled for November 15 will be put off, pointing out that the technical committee of dialogue delayed the presentation of its report.

He affirmed that there are potentials to solve the southern case, indicating that most Yemeni political forces have no clear visions about the southern case.
Yemeni media sources revealed that Benomar will visit Aden on Wednesday and meet with southern leaders to discuss challenges and difficulties that prevent them from participation in the dialogue.
The dialogue conference is an article of the power transfer deal mediated by the GCC states and it is designed to involve all political forces, civil society, youth movements and women in power.
The conference be held without ceiling and the southern case will be the more important issue on the table.
Benomar who are currently visiting Yemen discuss with different Yemeni officials ongoing preparations to hold the national dialogue conference, stressing that the global world pays much attention to the conference.
President Abdu Rabo Mansour Hadi issued on July 14 a decree of forming the technical committee of dialogue that included members of Yemen's various political factions.
