62 troops who were involved in attacking the Defense Ministry on Tuesday will stand trial in a military court, the High Security Committee spokesman Gen. Ali Obaid said.
The soldiers are loyalists to ex-President Ali Abdullah Saleh's son, who heads the country's Republican Guards.
The troops used fired automatic rifles and rocket-propelled grenades and resulted in the deaths of five people.
Hundreds of troops took part in the attack but most fled the scene escaping arrest.
