The huge blaze that ravaged the Turkish furniture city in Yemen's capital Sana'a last week caused losses initially estimated at YR 500 million, roughly $ 2.5 million.
No civilian casualties were reported but two firefighters had injuries while battling the blaze that was brought under control before it could spread to nearby areas.
About 20 fire trucks from the civil defense, Central Security and Sana'a International Airport were involved in controlling it on Thursday.
The investigation into the fire is continuing.
