U.S. Citizen Sharif Mobley's court hearing was adjourned to next Sunday after prosecution was not able to provide him with a translator.
The court demanded that Mobley be given a translator by the prosecution to speed up the process.
Khalid Al-Anesi , Mobley's Lawyer, , claims that his client is innocent and has the evidence to prove that.
Mobley is suspected of killing a Yemeni soldier.
Representatives of the U.S. Embassy in Sana'a attended the hearing.
Months ago, Sharif was suspected of having links to Al-Qaeda, but those claims were dropped by the government due to lack of evidence.
