The New York-based Human Rights Watch is to hold on Wednesday in the United Arab Emirates a press conference on the launch of its report on war violations during the Yemeni army war against the Houthi rebel that have not been investigated yet.
A press release by the organization has said that the ceasefire between the two sides in the far north did not call for launching investigations into war violations claims after both failed to investigate traded war violations claims.
It also added that the government measure barring independent observes from entering the conflict areas makes it difficult for a lasting ceasefire.
