The committee in charge of supervising the ceasefire terms in Saada has signed a minute to evacuate Old Saada City of the Houthi militants.
The rebels are leaving the city in the next two days, according to the News Yemen.
Earlier, armed masked Houthi insurgents evacuated after they asked the committee to let them leave with asking them to take off their masks.
Arabs were believed to be among those who evacuated, according to the Nasmobile.
In Amran, the committees overseeing the implementation of the terms said that Harf Sufyan-Jawf road and Barat road were reopened and landmines eliminated in some areas, mainly in the eastern and western parts.
The announcement comes despite official statements that the rebels are not cooperative enough on the ceasefire, postponing reopening roads and refusing to hand landmines to the committees. Several breaches have been reported since the ceasefire was brought into effect almost two weeks ago.
