The Specialized Penal Court of First Instance of the Capital, sentenced on Saturday an Iranian to death, and of five year- imprisonment for two others convicted of drug trafficking and transferring to Yemen, reported official media source.
The court meeting chaired by Judge Radhwan Al-Nimer, sentenced the first convicted man to death who called, Momtaz Sulttan Ameri. On the other hand, the court sentenced five year- imprisonment on Imam Jaan Duost Mohammed and Abdul Wahid Mohammed Ishaq Belushi.
Meanwhile, the court freed eight other Iranian inmates after confiscating their drugs (Hashish) and the boat carrying the drug quantity.
The court sentenced against the convicted people for carrying out around one ton and fifty-nine kilograms of drugs into Yemen form an Iranian Port by a boat.
