The authorities shut down the seaports, airports and land ports in Yemen's eastern province of Hadramout, hours after the Aden ports reopened on Thursday.
The shutdowns of all ports in the two provinces came as protest against transition president Abdu Rabbu Mansour Hadi in the capital city of Sanaa.
The Aden ports reopened this morning after the official Saba agency published the terms of a deal Hadi and the Houthi militants to ease tensions after the latest developments in the capital city of Sanaa.
On Monday, all oil and gas forms shut down their production operations in Hadramout in response to a request by local tribes.
The request was officially submitted by the provincial government in protest against the kidnapping of director of the president's office.
In Hadramout is based the Al-Dhabbah terminal for oil exports.
Houthi militants, apparently with support from the former president Saleh, carried out the coup this week.
The seizures of the presidential palace and the military brigades in the capital followed the seizure of the capital in September.
Moreover, they clashed with forces and besieged president Hadi and prime minister Khalid Bahah in Sanaa.
Since then, Hadi and Bahah have not officially appeared anywhere.
