Dhamar Schools Receive Fund from FCC The French Cultural Center launched today the program of distributing educational equipments. The program covers six schools in some districts of Dhamar Governorate and funded by the French Embassy. Clash with Yemeni Smugglers in the Saudi Borders Saudi Police succeeded to foil an attempt to smuggle 140 kg of hashish through the Yemeni-Saudi border. When arrested, the smugglers were trying to enter the kingdom illegally by foot through rough terrain. Saudi authorities pointed out that they found narcotics and a number of machine guns and ammunition with the arrested smugglers. Yemenis started seriously boycotting the Danish products all around the country. Likewise, most shopkeepers stopped selling Danish products and replaced them with similar products manufactured in other countries. Aden Museum Gets Back Rare Historical Pieces Aden Museum has received 14 historical pieces belonging to Khataban and Awsan Kingdoms, dating back to 5000 B.C in Yemen. The historical pieces return after their participation in international exhibitions in many European countries since 1997.
