Two Real Estate Projects to be Established in Yemen

Nobles Properties has said that it will set up two real estate projects in Yemen. The two projects would be part of a number of projects the company intends to establish in a number of Arab countries from November 2008 and completed in 2009. The Emirate Nobles Real Estate Company was founded in August 2008 with a capital of Dh 4 billion. The company is interested in developing real estate projects in the United Arab Emirates and countries in the region that have promising investment opportunities.

Yemen Deports 50 Illegal Ethiopians

Security sources in Lahj governorate said that authorities transported 50 African migrants, among them 10 women and two children from Kharaz camp for refugees in preparation for deportation. The sources added that the migrants hold the Ethiopian nationality, and entered Yemeni territories illegally, pointing out that procedures for their deportation would be completed by the Immigration and Passports Authority in Aden governorate.

100 Africans Migrants Missing Next to Yemeni Shores

About 100 Africans are missing and feared drowned off the shores of Yemen after their smugglers forced them to overboard in the treacherous Gulf of Aden waters, Yemeni officials and the UN refugee agency said.
