Two Yemeni Fishermen Arrested for Trafficking Somalis

Yemeni Coastguard Forces in Aden arrested two Yemeni fishermen while they were dropping off 31 African refugees from their fishing boats in Aden. The fishermen admitted that they transported the refugees from an African island for a specific amount of money. The fishermen were sent to the competent authorities for taking the legal actions whereas 26 Ethiopians refugees were transferred to immigration authorities at Aden governorate and the remaining five Somalis were transferred to Kharaz camp.

Zayed Foundation Builds Yemen Hospital

The Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan Charitable and Humanitarian Foundation declared that  it has finalized the construction buildings of new Sheikh Zayed Maternity & Children's Hospital in Sana'a, Yemen. The hospital will have 130-beds and will be built in 7 floors, at a total value of $6.4m.

Traffic Accidents Kill 13 People in Aden in August

A total of 13 people were killed in 97 traffic accidents while another 81 were injured in Aden governorate last month. Material losses are estimated to reach around YR 42 million.
