2000 families receive aid Iftar from U.A.E Over 2000 poor families in Yemen have received aid for Iftar by the Khalifa Bin Zayed Charity Foundation. The Iftar food distribution program is supervised by the UAE embassy in Sana'a as per orders from Minister of Presidential Affairs HH Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan. Continuation of Receiving illegal Migrants More than 500 African refugees, most of them Somali, arrived to Yemen earlier this week. Yemeni authorities seized in the province of Taiz 35 Ethiopian refugees, including 11 women, who arrived secretly at the coasts of Taiz coming from the Horn of Africa. On the other hand, security forces have arrested in Hadramout a Somali fisherman while he was carrying Somalis refugees on his boat. Diesel Pollution in Gulf of Aden Yemeni authorities revealed a maritime pollution, by diesel leaking in the Gulf of Aden, accusing a Yemeni businessman of causing this pollution. Coastguards' investigations showed the involvement of Al-Amodi Company for Constructions which is currently implementing the project of a maritime bridge. |
