Political Administration Hold Eritrean Soldiers Five Eritrean soldiers were sent to the political administration after they handed themselves to Yemeni authorities last Saturday. Sources told Yemen Post that the soldiers arrived to Hodiadah shore on a boat accompanied by rifles and grenades. The sources added that soldiers were escaping required conscription. National Museum Finished Antiques Repairing After three months, the National Museum has completed repairing 130 pieces of antiquities. Among the repaired antiques were 120 pieces symbolizing palm trees with writings of the Book of Psalms dating back to the pre-Islamic period and 10 different bronze pieces dating to the Yemeni ancient civilization period. Producing Nuclear Energy Powered by French The Electricity and Energy Minister Mustafa Bahran ended a trip to France seeking support to produce nuclear energy in Yemen. The minister discussed with France the building of a nuclear power generation plant in Yemen as the talks centered on Yemen’s attitudes towards nuclear generated electricity and steps for initiating active cooperation between the two countries in the field. French nuclear experts would visit Yemen in the next few weeks ahead of signing a cooperation agreement. |
