Yemen discusses creating the first factory of fun games

Ministry of Tourism and Al-Gharawi Group for Tourism Trading agreed on activating a memo of understanding to establish the first factory of fun games in Yemen. The factory would produce fun games which could be marketed in Arab countries and the African horn.

 Syrian cultural week in Yemen

Next month, the Syrian cultural week will take a place in Yemen. The culture week contains several activities such as launching an exhibition for the Syrian book and an exhibition for plastic arts in addition to showing five Syrian-produced movies and some TV series. Moreover, two musical bands would participate and a number of Syrian writers and authors would play part in the week’s activities. The Syrian cultural week would start in May 15 and ends in 16.

Website for visa applications to Britain in Yemen launched

(Saba)- The British embassy in Sana’a announced on Saturday that the online visa service is now available in Yemen through www.visa4uk.fco.gov.uk. In a press release, the embassy said that the application of visa will be recognized through the internet and then an appointment to attend the embassy to take fingerprint and digital photos is to be determined via the net as well. The embassy will close the reception center of visa applications in Hadda Street which dealt with the previous applications.
