At least a dozen prayers were injured after a bomb was detonated at a mosque in Yemen's province of Mahweet on Friday, well-informed sources said.
The mosque is visited mostly by Houthi loyalists, they said.
A spate of deadly blasts has hit mosques in some Yemeni cities including the capital Sanaa in recent months killing and injuring hundreds of worshipers mostly Houthi loyalists.
The blasts coincided with ongoing armed conflict sparked by the Houthi seizure of power.
Separately, explosions rocked the southern port city of Aden early Friday after a fire broke out at a munition and fuels store.
The store belonged to the pro-government forces and the authorities are investigating to identify the reason of the fire, local officials said.
There were no reports of casualties.
