The next Foreign Ministers' meeting of Friends of Yemen Group will take place later this month in New York, Yemen, Britain and Saudi Arabia announced.
The governments of the three countries renewed in a joint statement their commitment towards the group as they identified the priorities of the meeting including how to ensure sustainable economic development in Yemen, particularly through the International Monetary Fund's programme.
The meeting will also discuss how to support the national dialogue ahead of the upcoming parliamentary elections, the statement said.
Parliamentary Under Secretary of State, Foreign and Commonwealth Office Alistair Burt reiterated following the statement his country's commitment towards working together with Yemen's friends and neighbors to boost development and fight terrorism in Yemen.
He said the meeting is a new step to coordinate more support to the country to overcome major challenges.
