Two of the three Yemeni lawmakers who were held by Israeli troops during the raid on the Gaza aid flotilla arrived early Wednesday in Jordan as a prelude to sending them home.
Haza'a Al-Maswari and Abdul Khaliq Bin Shaihoon were transferred to Jordan as Israelis started to release peace activists who were onboard the ship convoy that was raided while on way to deliver aid for the people in the Palestinian Gaza strip who have been under Israeli blockade since 2007.
The third lawmaker, Muhammad Al-Hazmi, is still detained by the Jewish state.
Israeli media earlier released the photo of Al-Hazmi while holding a traditional danger, Janbiyah, saying he tried to attack an Israeli soldier.
On Tuesday, the Israeli Army Radio station said 250 of the activists had been deported.
It added that the release of a further 70 people was underway.
Ten activists were killed and many others were injured in the much-condemned Israeli assault on the convoy on Monday.
