In Taiz, the Yemeni forces with support from the coalition have lately retaken the Bab Al-Mandab strait and key towns including Makha and taken over military brigades.
Local sources said the coalition continued to strike the remaining Houthi positions in the Makha town town killing and injuring dozens of them.
And in Hodeida, the Saba news agency reported that the city woke up to airstrikes in the provincial ports as well as residence of the former president.
A child was killed and five other civilians were injured in the raids, Saba said.
Moreover, the coalition resumed airstrikes on the capital city of Sanaa targeting the presidential palace in the district of Al-Nahdain.
