The Saudi-led Arab coalition on Saturday conducted airstrikes against Houthi camps, weapon depots and residences in several Yemeni cities including the capital Sanaa and Hodeida.
In Sanaa, the airstrikes targeted the Alsawad brigade for reserve forces. There were no reports about damage and casualties.
However, locals in the Alsawad district said an airstrike targeted a house near the brigade killing the five-member family who used to live in it.
Some houses were also affected in the raids, they said.
Hundreds of civilians have been reportedly killed and injured in misdirected Saudi-led airstrikes in the past few months.
Some of the victims were killed and injured by weapons from the depots targeted by the raids.
In Hodeida, locals said the coalition targeted headquarters of Houthi militants killing and injuring tens of them.
The airstrikes, the fresh in a three-months Saudi-led military operation, were carried out a day after the UN-sponsored talks between the Saudi-backed government of Yemen and the pro-Iran Houthi militants failed to reach a deal to end the conflict.
They coincided with ongoing clashes between the pro-government and pro-Houthi forces in several cities.
