I am working in a good company that pays very well, it is really a good place to work in, but the problem is that they have not paid me during the last three months. I have no idea what to do.  I don’t want to leave this company because I have been working there for a long time. I applied in another company and I was accepted. So what am I supposed to do? Should I accept the new job or stay where I am!

Before you start searching for another job, did you ask for the reasons of them not paying you yet?

You can go to the manger of the company that you work for and talk to him. Maybe he has no idea, or he can solve your problem. This happens a lot in businesses, especially in this part of the world.

However, if the company has financial problems, then you have the choice either to continue working there or not. If you find that there is no difference between the two jobs in the two companies, you can change. You may feel relaxed in your new job, and by time it will only get better.
